A Coaching
Program includes 4 to 12 working sessions over 2 to 6 months,
depending on
client needs. Typically we:
- develop 1 to 3 key objectives
- fill in any gaps in knowledge
- practice new thinking patterns or behaviours
- seek feedback about results
